Our cute & cozy cape home is perfect for sharing all that Cape Cod has to offer with families and friends. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & updated kitchen, this home comfortably sleeps 8+. Ocean beaches, incredible food and shopping are only minutes away. Perfect for summer vacations, long holiday weekends and events such as the famous Falmouth Road Race, Striperfest, and Cape Cod Marathon. Walk to Barnstable Fair Grounds. Close to Mashpee Commons, Willowbend Golf Club, New Seabury, and Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy yourself at our fire pit, or sunbath and barbeque at the flat top grill on our cozy deck. Our neighborhood is perfect for morning runs, after dinner walks, and afternoon bike rides. Our home if fully stocked with all the supplies you will need. Clean sheets on every bed, plenty of towels, and be sure to take advantage of our outside shower!

Guest access: Towels and bed linens are available. We ask guest to bring your own beach towels. All used linens/towels need to be placed on the floor before departure.

Other things to note: Though we do not allow guests to have pets, we do have dogs of our own as it may affect those with pet allergies. If there is a date you are interested in, please email us as our availability changes frequently. We do ask that all guests respect our space, as this is not a rental property, but our actual home.
