Renters must have proof of upstanding credit, stable employment, and solid references. Renters Insurance required. Application required.
Some properties are Dog/Cat friendly (limited to 1 pet, must be friendly, house trained and registered). Income must be 3x Rent. Credit Score over 800 to qualify.
